Gwen Ford serves as the Board President of the Connecting Cultures Collaborative, bringing over 40 years of diverse experience across both public and private sectors. She holds a degree from Augusta State University in Georgia and has built a distinguished career encompassing operations management, project and program management, accounting, human resources, employee relations, training and education, and public speaking.
Her extensive expertise has been instrumental in advancing the mission of the Connecting Cultures Collaborative, where she leads initiatives aimed at enhancing the cultural richness and economic mobility of the Yuba-Sutter community.
In addition to her role with the Collaborative, Gwen has served as the Humanities Advisor for the Sutter County Museum’s Black History of Yuba-Sutter project, contributing her knowledge and leadership to illuminate the significant contributions of African Americans in the region.
Gwen’s dedication to community engagement and cultural enrichment reflects her commitment to fostering inclusivity and understanding within diverse populations.
