Who We Are
Founded in 2023, Connecting Cultures Collaborative (CCC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers and building pathways for economic mobility, education, and community support. Our team consists of passionate leaders, advocates, and community members who work tirelessly to provide housing assistance, job training, financial literacy, life skills programs, and cultural enrichment opportunities.

We collaborate with local organizations, faith-based groups, businesses, and government agencies to offer programs and services that uplift individuals and families. Our key focus areas include:
Housing & Support Services – Helping individuals and families access stable housing and essential resources.
